Organizational Model

In Cocibolca International School in Granada, Nicaragua we want to promote a horizontal space, where all the people involved in the school can give an opinion, feel as though their voice is heard, and encourage a culture of teamwork. However, there are clear definitions of the specific roles and responsibilities of each staff member, and the different levels of participation of families and teachers.

The academic coordinator of kindergarten and Primary School assume the task / job of coordinating the teaching staff, supervise educational plans, curriculum, reports, and plans of internal information.. in brief, they guarantee that teachers truly provide a high-quality education in each classroom of the school. While each teacher is responsible for the education of her or his students, their plans are coordinated with teachers from other classrooms and subject areas.

PARENT AND TEACHER ASSOCIATION/ORGANIZATION ( PTO)
